ROM&ND - Milk Tea Velvet Tint

A milk tea-inspired lip tint comes with 5 rich, milky red tea shades in brand new packaging! Soft texture effortlessly glides onto lips for a soft, velvety finish and creates a long-lasting blurring effect on lips.

How to use:

1. Apply from the inner parts of the lips using the tip.
2. Fill in the desired areas of the lips.
3. Blend the edges of the lips.
