B:LAB - Matcha Hydrating Facial Toner

This watery toner gently and effectively removes excess oil and sebum with fast absorption. Formulated with 47.5% organic Korean green tea, 3% chelidonium majus extract to enhance skin renewal and protect skin's moisture barrier. 

 

How to Use:

Apply evenly to the entire face and gently massage onto skin.
